Because a major system investment is worthless if nobody uses it properly.
I design and deliver end-to-end training for enterprise system rollouts — D365, Basware, or whatever platform you’re implementing. That means eLearning, instructor-led training, trainer development (Train-the-Trainer), and the full communication cascade from leadership to end users — across countries, languages, and cultures.
I’m currently leading this across five countries for a global logistics company. It’s what I do every day.
