Who I am
Principal consultant behind 2nd Position — learning, change, and adoption for organisations that cannot afford a pretty deck and a disappearing act.
I’m Daniel Kongstad Sebenius. I’ve spent more than twenty years building training and development from scratch inside complex organisations — from global sales academies to multi-country ERP rollouts.
Most consultants hand you a framework and a slide deck. I build the infrastructure: the training, the communication, the change approach, and the people capability to make it all land. Then I stick around until it works.
I operate through 2nd Position, my consultancy based in Copenhagen, serving teams across Europe and beyond — often embedded in multi-country programmes where clarity, language, and cultural nuance all matter.
How I work
Before I design a programme, a communication plan, or a workshop, I invest in understanding the people it’s for — not the org-chart caricature, but what they fear, what they care about, and what will make them lean in or check out. That stance is what the name 2nd Position refers to; you can read more on the Approach page.
