eLearning Build Package
Your business keeps moving. Your people’s knowledge doesn’t.
Custom digital programmes — needs analysis through SCORM-ready delivery — so knowledge scales with the business, not with headcount or calendar slots.
New products launch. New systems go live. New markets open. But the team selling, servicing, and operating it all? They’re still working off last quarter’s PDF and a half-remembered demo from six months ago. That gap — between what your business ships and what your people actually know — is where revenue leaks, customers get the wrong answer, and new hires take months to become useful.
The reality behind most internal training
Your marketing team builds customer-facing materials — feature sheets, pitch decks, product specs. But nobody translates that into internal enablement that helps your people understand how to position what you sell to solve the customer’s problem. The content exists, but it’s aimed at the wrong audience.
Meanwhile, your subject matter experts are pulled into classrooms to deliver the same introductory content — again and again — because there’s no scalable alternative. That’s your most expensive people doing work that doesn’t require them in the room.
What I own
I build custom eLearning programmes — the structured digital content that sits between your business knowledge and your people’s ability to use it. I own needs analysis, learning design, scenario-based content, animated delivery, and LMS-ready packaging (SCORM) — so your team gets training built around real work, not slide decks with a quiz.
I work with Articulate Rise 360 and Vyond, from storyboarding through delivery to your LMS.
Signature approach: I anchor every module in the learner’s real context before touching a system or process — building the story first (why this matters, what problem it solves, how it connects to daily work), then layering in technical detail. Storytelling as the foundation for learning, not decoration on top of it.
I work with your internal SMEs to validate content and with your executive team to align on mandatory completion with embedded knowledge assessment. The result: accountable learning with leadership backing.
The value — why this matters to your business
Scale knowledge, not headcount
Companies save 50–70% on training costs [2]
Every new product or system change currently requires someone in a room. eLearning builds it once and deploys across teams, regions, and cohorts — without adding instructor days, travel, or calendar dependencies.
Free your experts for high-value work
eLearning cuts training time by 40–60% vs classroom [3]
Your most knowledgeable people spend hours delivering introductory content that doesn’t need them in the room. Custom eLearning extracts non-complex material so your experts stay where they add the most value.
Retention that actually lasts
Knowledge retention online: 25–60% vs 8–10% classroom [4]
Scenario-based, learner-first design changes completion rates. When people see their own work in the content, they finish it. When assessment is embedded and leadership follows up, completion becomes accountability.
In practice
Scan Global Logistics — 60 countries
Building the eLearning workstream for a global logistics company rolling out a unified platform across 60 countries. Extracted introductory and basic navigation content from instructor-led training for D365 and Basware — reducing ILT delivery by 4–5 hours per rollout cycle. Built a 5-module strategic introduction covering company history, strategic initiatives, services, and competitive positioning — supporting the Awareness phase of the ADKAR change model.

In practice
Agreena — climate-tech
Designed and built a certification programme for Agreena, a climate-tech company helping farmers adopt regenerative practices. The programme trained the entire staff to maintain ISO certification and ensure compliance — delivered as structured eLearning with embedded knowledge assessment and leadership-backed mandatory completion.
Selected outcomes
When this fits
- You need scale without losing nuance — especially for process-heavy topics
- Compliance or certification must be provable, not just “assigned in the LMS”
- You want assets your internal team can extend later
